Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain filing systems and databases accurately.

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:
