My client a well established manufacturer, who are very well known in the area have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join the business.
They are seeking a personable, hardworking and motivated individual to manage a team of 2 alongside performing Customer Service duties day to day.
Duties will include;
- Overseeing the Customer Services team of 2
- Delegating workloads and ensuring prioritising tasks effectively
- Training and developing Customer Service skills where necessary
- Processing high volumes of orders onto Sage 200
- Checking stock availability/allocate stock to orders
- Issue picking tickets to the warehouse
- Handling complex queries and complaints and resolving accordingly
