We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent Customer Service, demonstrate strong leadership and resolve any emerging queries that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance through regular 1-2-1 and appraisals with service team.
- Take ownership of customer queries and follow through to resolution
- Willing to travel to other UK sites
- Deliver Customer Service targets
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Competent in excel word and PowerPoint with strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.

Requirements and skills
- Level 3 or above Leadership/Management qualification
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in providing Customer Service support
- Experience leading & managing a team
- Working knowledge of Customer Service software, databases and tools
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
