Customer First is East Renfrewshire Council’s Customer Service section providing frontline Council services to members of the public. Our Customer Service Team deal with all frontline enquires to the council via phone, live chat, face to face and e-mail.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing excellent Customer Service. You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering excellent Customer Service within busy telephony and face to face customer environments. You will have the ability to deal confidently and tactfully with people at all levels, have excellent organisational skills and be able to process information efficiently.
