Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complaints in accordance with the Social Services Act 2017, the Children Act 2004, and the Care Act 2014.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and evidence for complaint investigations.
- Provide guidance and support to customers during the complaints process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to complaints, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
- Analyse complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Liaise with relevant departments and teams to assist in the resolution of complaints, driving positive outcomes for customers.
�? Your skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in complaint handling or a customer service role.
- Strong administration skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Social Services Act 2017, the Children Act 2004, and the Care Act 2014.
