Our client is looking for individuals to join their friendly and busy Customer Service team, where you will provide a first-class service to clients, assisting with queries, deliveries and all general administrative tasks.
No two days will be the same, and full training is provided, so this would be a great opportunity for an individual starting their career, or for someone with previous Customer Service experience, looking to move into a role that has more duties.
Ongoing temporary role with the opportunity for permanent employment if successful.
Duties:

• Responding to incoming requests from clients (via phone, email and using the online portal)
• Updating in-house systems with new or changes to deliveries and collections
• Handle incoming requests relating to missed collections / departures
