```Duties:```
- Chronic Diseases reviews- Diabetes including foot checks Hypertension & careplanning.
Health Checks- Blood pressure checks, NHS Health Checks, Over 75 Health Checks, CVD
Reviews,none Diabetic Hyperglycaemia Reviews,Assisting GP with Learning Disability Annual Reviews, High risk Diabetic Reviews , Blood Tests, B12 Injections , Wound Care Weight Management, Urinalysis. Asthma Reviews supporting the duty Doctor with treating andMonitoring unwell patients
```Requirements:```
-
- Previous NHS Health care Experiance experience .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Emis web
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
