We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and driving sales through our promotioanl event campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to effectively convey our clients' missions.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Meet certain sales targets through the campaigns we organise
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
Qualifications:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
