We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Customer Service professional to work as part of a team within a busy but fun environment!
Responsibilities:
- Order Management
- Ensure precise execution of daily tasks within tight deadlines.
- Provide swift and thorough responses to customer enquiries.
- Take charge of problem resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and handle general administrative duties.
- Collaborate with sales efforts through proactive customer engagement.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls.
- Flexibility to assist with various departmental tasks as needed.
Skills and qualifications:
- Adaptable to learning new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills across all channels.
- Preferably, two year's experience in B2B Customer Service within manufacturing or distribution.
- Proficient in IT, Numeracy and Literacy.
- Strong team player with prioritisation abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
