You’ll be resolving queries, managing complaints with grace, and ensuring you are keeping within the agreed SLA’s. The majority of this role is Customer Service (have I said customer enough times?) but there are elements of reporting, so you’ll need to be IT efficient and ideally proficient in SAP.
