Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
- Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Meeting or exceeding Customer Service goals and performance targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
