Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Assist customers in in resolving any service request
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy - we use Google
We also use a Microsoft based management system which training will be given
