The Employer is: SMARTPAYNI LTD. The role of Customer Service Representative within SmartPay NI is for someone who will show commitment to customer satisfaction and who must have the ability to communicate effectively both with these customers as well as part of a team in-house. This role involves dealing with existing customers as well as welcoming new customers on-board and ensuring they are aware of all processes from the start. The role will also involve checking financial details and structuring reports based on these findings when required. They will also need to be able to work both individually and as part of a team. .
