Based between Rotherham and Sheffield, this is an exceptional opportunity for somebody to further their career in Customer Service/After Sales with an exceptionally successful company.

• Wage: £22,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.
• Hours: 35-hour week with flexible start and finish times + 1pm finish on a Friday!

Main duties and responsibilities
• Communicating with customers, agents and third parties in a professional, effective and expedient manner.
• Processing quotation requests for spares, repairs, service and minor upgrades, ensuring that they are executed within departmental timescales.
• Ensuring lead times, spares cost and selling price is correct on database by validation via the purchasing department.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders and issuing purchase order acknowledgements, verifying that payment and shipment terms are acceptable.
• Keeping customers updated with the progression of enquiries, and all potential changes to any orders.
• Working closely with our overseas offices and international agents whenever necessary for quotation and purchase order negotiation/processing
• Attending weekly meeting with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure all orders are on track and obtaining any information which needs feeding back to customers
• Compiling of weekly/monthly performance figures for the department and keeping the Visual Management board up to date with this information.
• Managing part warranties, returns and customer repairs, liaising with Production, Quality and Imports colleagues to ensure a prompt service for the customer.
