Major Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Catterick Garrison area. This is a great opportunity to secure a full time permanent position.

The Role;

• Responding to customers enquires
• Working with systems
• Proactively speak with customers ensuring that you build a rapport and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with multiple departments to resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns effectively and efficiently
• Provided excellent Customer Service

• Ensure sales process adoption & compliance while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Skills Required;

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good IT/Technical background
• Reliable
• Able to handle complaints in a calm and friendly manner

Working Hours;

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday on a shift rotation between the hours of 9am and 5pm
