Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position located in Coventry.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Orders: prioritise and process all internal and external customers’ orders received via email EDI and telephone ensuring all customer information records are updated and accessible within the Customer Service function. Liaison with internal departments to ensure all stock reviewed and customers informed of delays and shortfall. All orders processed in line with the Customer Service KPI.
- Transport & Invoicing: Proximity with our service providers, inform of customers delivery requirements, ensuring all orders are dispatched, specific batch information received applied and invoiced on time in full in line with the Customer Service KPI.
- Query Resolution: prioritise and process all internal and external customers’ queries received via email telephone in person such as credits, shortage claims, delivery product & customer information. Queries logged and resolved in line with Customer Service KPI.
- Customer & Consumer Complaints : Document all feedback and allocate to the responsible Department, ensuring all details are obtained , issues logs updated in line with Customer service Process and escalate to the CSM for resolution.
- Customer Service Function: Represent the Customer Service function in internal meetings and support the functions in time of absence and annual leave.
Skills & Qualifications:
- GCSE A* - C Grade in English, Maths and IT
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and email
- Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Meticulous record keeping and attention to detail
