Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Birmingham City Centre store.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and have strong communication skills.
Duties:
- Assist other staff members with getting customers measured/pinned for clothing alterations.
- Welcoming customers to the store in a warm and friendly manner.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Provide product recommendations and assist with product inquiries
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system accurately
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. MUST speak Englsih
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
