Hours- Ful time, 35 hours a week (Mon- Fri)
Starting Salary: GBP22k (will go up to 23k in July)
Office based 5 days a week until you are confident in the role, then hybrid working is available.
What will you be doing?
Role: Customer Service phone based role talking to people about their Pension.
Support customers through phone calls, emails, and webchat, ensuring excellent service and technical support. Be part of a fast-paced, supportive team handling straightforward and accessible products.

What are the working hours?
Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 6:00 pm, 7-hour shifts. Initial in-office training, then the option for hybrid working. No weekends or evenings required. Overtime available but optional.
