We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team specializing in Service in our Distribution Business Segment in Langley, UK.
This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Salary starts from £28,000 - £42,000depending on skills and experience.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality Customer Service and assist with increasing business within the branch location.
Serves as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
Assesses customer’s needs and gathers pertinent information.
Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems.
Provides some status updates to customers, as requested.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Operate Guidanze in managing Customer service requests for Cummins Technician support.
Promote WIP Management – Drive & close service work orders in line with sustaining Segment margins.
NPS / Qualtrics - Promote & close Customer satisfaction.
UK Technical escalation (Cummins CARE process) to support Customer & Technical requirements.
Manage & deliver on the UK Operational efficiency in Productivity, billing efficiency &Service sales Prime margin.
Collaborate with CUK Sales team in ensuring alignment on Customer needs & financial goals.
Warranty claim recovery & compliance in line with Cummins published Warranty administration manual.
HSE – Conducting JSO (Job safety observation) &working within the Team on ensuring Safety is followed.
