Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Corporate and Private Client team. Working closely with a team of Account Managers managing portfolios of High-Net-Worth clients a typical day will see you:
- Managing client email and telephone queries
- Processing payments and donations
- Verifying the purpose of donations
- Updating information on the company's CRM
This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are:
- Strong data entry skills.
- High levels of numeracy
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good MS Office skills
The role is office based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, after an extensive period there is the potential for hybrid working. They also offer newly refurbished offices and excellent benefits including, free on-site parking, a generous pension and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
