Salary An exciting opportunity has emerged to join a British heritage fashion brand in London as a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis. The company are situated in West London, near Sloane Square. The company are premium goods focused with a speciality in unisex apparel and accessories.
This is a temporary role and will require suitable candidates to be immediately available.
What you’ll be working on:
-Performing data entry
-Ensure outbound orders and customer returns are processed accurately
-Ensure exemplary levels of Customer Service are displayed at all times
-Take responsibility to improve product knowledge and advise customers on purchases
-Liaise with other departments as necessary to meet customer demands
Who you are:
-Exceptional Customer Service skills
-A genuine interest in fashion and current trends
-Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
-Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
-Proficient computer and data entry skills
