**Key Responsibilities:**
?? Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every turn.
?? Take charge of generating enquiries, progressing quotations, and securing business with a level of service that consistently surpasses customer expectations.
?? Drive towards achieving and surpassing budget sales and margin targets, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
?? Masterfully manage your time and sales activities to align with the company's goals and interests.
?? Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and corporate functions, occasionally outside regular hours.
**Additional Duties Include:**
?? Handling telephone and fax enquiries, orders, and queries with efficiency and professionalism.
?? Compiling, submitting, and progressing customer quotations and purchase orders.
?? Maintaining meticulous records and adherence to goods receiving administration procedures.
?? General office, clerical, and administration duties to keep operations running smoothly.
?? Assist in the annual stock-take process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
**What We Offer:**
