Customer Service Specialist
£25,500 per annum
Mid Kent
Monday – Friday (One day working from home)
Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and forward-thinking individual to join a Product Change team within an established business based in West Malling.
This role would suit somebody who has worked within the financial services industry and has excellent Customer Service skills.
Duties for this role include:
- Ensuring timely, accurate responses to telephone calls/enquiries.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Liaising with other internal departments.
- Actioning emails received.
- Ensuring that application requirements and conditions are complied with.
- Chasing outstanding documentation, reports, and information to progress an application
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Proven Customer Service experience within an office environment.
- Financial services background desired but not essential.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Go above and beyond, giving 5-star Customer Service.
