As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Customer Service department and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Customer Service representatives
- Monitor and evaluate Customer Service interactions to ensure quality standards are met
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the Customer Service team
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Customer Service
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bengali and English
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using Customer Service software applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
