Do you have previous Team Leadership experience within a busy environment coupled with excellent Customer Services and admin skills?
Our client are a leading company located in Loudwater just outside of High Wycombe, Bucks and are looking for and excellent organiser who has worked in a target driven environment.
Basic salary of £32,500 and working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day between the hours 8.00am to 6.00pm (with half hour for lunch)
What are the main duties and skills needed?
- Managing all assigned team including, but not limited to, leadership, recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, appraisals and performance management
- Coaching and developing the Administration Team members
- Ensuring all team members work to targets as set by yourself in line with company targets
- Maintaining and enhancing Customer Service standards
- Upholding all systems and following procedures
- Providing reports
- Assisting with projects
- Possessing and able to demonstrate excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
