My client based in Princes Risborough is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive who can step up to Team Leader in the absence of the manager.
Day to day, your role will involve responding to a high volume of incoming telephone and email enquiries, managing customer orders and dealing with escalated complaints, should they arise.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our client's manufacturing/production teams and their valued retailer customers. You will also have the opportunity to interact with end users and members of the public. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent Customer Service in line with our client's ethos, ensuring a positive representation of the organisation at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience in web support
- Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrates maturity, calmness, and tenacity when faced with challenges.
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with distressed and demanding customers
