Retention Team Leader
Are you an experienced Team Leader, looking for the flexibility to work from home?
We are recruiting for a Retention Team Leader to join a company based in Aylesbury on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 36 hours a week). This role offers hybrid working, with 4 days working from home and one day in the office (typically Wednesday).
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for managing the sales team and their performance, including monitoring call volumes and service levels
- Motivating and supporting sales agents in their role, ensuring they are achieving targets and other KPIs
- Completing 1-2-1 meetings with sale agents, highlighting performance, problem behaviour and attendance, in line with company policies and procedures
- Handling disciplinary and grievance issues to facilitate and improve team performance
- Working closely with Contact Centre Managers, to support new areas of growth for the business and overseeing induction and training for all new team members
- Participating in business projects, leading on areas that impact the Contact Centre
- Carrying out ad-hoc duties requested by the management team, as required
The successful candidate must have previous experience managing teams to maintain and exceed agreed performance targets at Team Leader level. You must also have excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and use initiative in an appropriate manner to meet business needs.
This opportunity will pay you a salary of 30k- 32k Per Annum (DOE) and will include other benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus 2 more after 2 years of service, as well as your birthday off.
