We are looking for a Bookings Team Leader to manage the Bookings team and to work closely with the Service Teams to achieve customer care objectives.

Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Bookings Team Leader will be:

· To manage and support the Bookings Team

· To undertake regular reviews of departmental performance

· To undertake performance reviews and identify training needs

· To implement appropriate training and development plans

· To keep up to date with product and other relevant information and to communicate relevant information to the team

· To recruit departmental staff

· To produce regular reports on departmental performance

· To continually work to improve customer care standards

· To attend meetings and training sessions

· To receive calls from customers and prospective customers

· To book service appointments

About You

As a Bookings Team Leader, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

· Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality

· Excellent understanding of bookings and driving sales

· Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

· Organised, hard working and outgoing

· Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.

· Great computer skills and the ability to multi-task.

· High levels of commitment to providing the best customer care.

· A positive and friendly attitude in the work environment.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
