Main duties:
-Operate the live chat providing excellent Customer Service
-Dealing with online orders and returns
-Responding to emails
-Receiving phone calls (mainly inbound)
-Deal with monthly customer subscriptions
What we're looking for:
-Previous Customer Service experience
-Open to learn
-Flexible with working hours
-Able to start on the 26th of April
