Form of work We are partnering with a locally based facilities management company, who have a five-star reputation within their marketplace, to find a full-time, Customer Service Admin to join their team in Solihull on a Temporary Basis
This role is based onsite, 37 hours per week with shift patterns being 8am- 4pm.
Your suitability for the Customer Service Admin position:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicator both verbally and written.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to listen effectively.
- Adaptable, organised, and methodical approach.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Admin position:
- Manage requests via phone, email etc within timescales.
- Record information in all internal systems with effective use of technical triaging to assist in allocating work orders right first time, ensuring client notes are updated accurately.
- Monitor and redirect incoming emails and action any requests.
- Process internal and external escalations.
- Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries to enable complaints to be resolved as quickly as possible.
- Manage required processes end-to-end.
- Liaise with subcontractors and field management team to ensure schedules are adhered to and completed within set service level agreements.
