Customer Care Adviser required for a new, permanent role Newcastle. This is with a 5* House Builder.
The Role
Providing customer care to new home owners as they move in to their new house. Coordinating the daily workloads and priorities of the Customer Aftercare Technicians/Repairs team and supporting the wider Customer Aftercare Team in the day to day handling, reporting and resolution of customer aftercare queries. This will include daily contact with suppliers and sub-contractors and liaising with all departments and areas of the business for information, support and reporting. Communicating with customers is a large part of this role, providing updates on outstanding matters and delivering a high quality Customer Aftercare at all times.
The Person
Applicants must have recent, relevant experience, strong IT skills and outstanding communication skills too.
Remuneration
£25,500 per annum.
