Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
-Customer focused high volume email and telephone interaction
- Review order details, including product, quantity, and delivery information
- Enter orders into the system and ensure all required information is complete
- Communicate with customers to clarify any order discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the dispatch as orders are uploaded
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and related documentation
- Assist with resolving any customer inquiries or complaints regarding orders
Qualifications:
- GCSE Eng & Math's
- Previous experience in a customer based role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, e
