Customer Service Agent / Appointment Setter

Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, committed to providing sustainable and innovative solutions to meet the world's growing energy needs. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their team as an AppointmentSetter in the Renewable Energy division, based at their offices in Stevenage.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding their customer base by contacting warm leads and qualifying appointments for external sales staff to attend meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

• Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online research, to identify and generate leads within the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.

Appointment Setting:

• Engage with prospects to understand their energy needs and educate them on their renewable energy solutions.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with key decision-makers.

Communication:

• Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our clients renewable energy products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication style in all interactions with prospects.

CRM Management:

• Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and appointment outcomes.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with external sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified appointments.
• Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to continuously improve the lead generation process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
