The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding their customer base by contacting warm leads and qualifying appointments for external sales staff to attend meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online research, to identify and generate leads within the renewable energy sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
Appointment Setting:
- Engage with prospects to understand their energy needs and educate them on their renewable energy solutions.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with key decision-makers.
Communication:
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our clients renewable energy products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain a professional and positive communication style in all interactions with prospects.
CRM Management:
- Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and appointment outcomes.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with external sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified appointments.
- Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to continuously improve the lead generation process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
