Customer Services Assistant - Windsor, Berkshire
Job Type: Guaranteed Hours - Seasonal (Fixed End Date)
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full Time Fully Flexible; working 5 days out of 7, covering hours that can be between 09:00am - 05:00pm
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, Customer Services Assistants are responsible for ensuring efficient and appropriate responses to all guest feedback the Resort receives via phone, email, and online reviews.
You will maintain a high standard of written email responses to our Guests, meet response time targets on all forms of guest contact and decide upon appropriate resolution and compensation when resolving guest feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a Customer Services Team environment, communicating directly with customers via email and telephone
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Have exceptional attention to detail, including written spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and with fellow colleagues

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for Customer Services Assistants to join our team at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO® theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK! Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024! This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us!
