Customer Service Co-ordinator
One Step are working closely with a successful Community Equipment Service Centre. They are expanding their team with someone who loves a fast pace environment with vast experience.
An ideal candidate would need:
– Telephone based customer service experience
– Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email
– Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems
Customer service Co-ordinator duties will contain:
– Order analysis by checking and identifying any errors made on online orders
– Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system
– General administration that supports daily activities and duties

You will be working 40 hours a week from Tuesday to Saturday 8am-6pm on a rota basis
