Duties of a customer Services Manager based in Cannock
- Oversee the Customer Service team for All brands.
- Manage and train Customer service advisor on All brands and platforms.
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis.
- On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set.
- Escalation and support for Customer service advisor
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- To encourage feedback on services provided and recognise the changing needs of the service and make recommendations to the online team.
Experience Required for a Customer Services Manager based in Cannock
Experience of working on high quality business to business inbound marketing campaigns
- Extensive e-commerce background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Confident using Microsoft office applications.
- A self-motivated and organised attitude
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Natural problem-solver, highly creative, love sharing and exploring ideas and have an imaginative and curious mind.
The Customer Services Manager role is fully on site until the probation period is passed - There will be an opportunity for hybrid working after this period.
