Customer Services Officer

Neway is looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our client based with Denbighshire Council.
Starting asap, initially till end of June, possibly longer.
To deliver first class customer service by providing information, advice guidance and support to Denbighshire residents as part of the delivery of a new council service - using the most appropriate system/method to meet their needs.
Skills Required:
*Experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
* Experience of dealing with customer concerns and feedback and delivering customer satisfaction
*Contact Centre experience
*Experience using multiple ICT systems - including CRM's and desktop telephony platforms.
