Role will be primarily reception based but will require some call handling. This will be 9-5 Mon-Thurs, 9-4:45 Fri
Job Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive and efficient first point of contact for residents and visitors accessing council services via telephone, in person, at the Council's main office, Coed Pella, as well as remotely and digitally.
To work as a member of a multi-skilled team of assistants to identify customer needs and provide a high quality information service in response to Council enquiries and ensuring excellent customer care as a principal part of service delivery.
