Customer Services Administrator

An established growing B2B promotional goods company located in North West London are recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join their small team. Our client works work with some of the most well-known retailers and brands in the UK and Europe and are now seeking an individual with a strong background in Customer Services to join their team.
Duties include:
* Liaising with clients and international suppliers in the Far East
* Customer order processing and providing quotations
* Tracking delivery schedules
* Providing high levels of Customer Services to clients
* Administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams
* Dealing with all enquiries relating to products via phone and email
* Processing invoices
* Assisting with the organisation of promotional events
* Use of Microsoft Excel
Skills and attributes:
* 2 years minimum experience in Customer Services
* Strong IT skills including Excel
* Attention to detail and highly organised
* Ability to multi task and work on your own initiative
