Receptionist/Office Manager – Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
One of our favourite Private Equity clients is looking for a confident and personable Receptionist and Office Manager to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some secretarial and finance experience looking to join a lovely, supportive team. Based on their reception desk, they are looking for someone confident and outgoing with a really positive attitude. You will be meeting and greeting clients, and liaising with senior members of the team, as well as manning a busy reception desk.
The role: Receptionist/Office Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Location: West End, 5 days in the office
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Duties include but no limited to:
- Setting up meeting rooms and managing the meeting room calendar
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Ordering office supplies including furniture, kitchen stock, cleaning supplies and stationary
- Order lunches for meetings and weekly lunch for the office
- Coordinate taxi bookings
- Assisting with diary and travel management and providing holiday PA cover
- Processing expenses and invoices
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months admin/reception experience
Education: Ideally minimum A levels
Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently, prioritise workload in a fast paced, corporate setting.
