£24500 PLUS BONUS
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will deliver a supporting role within the daily sales and customer service aspect of the business. Particular focus will be on the E-Commerce department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer enquiries and processing sales orders.
- Responding to online queries and feedback through various E-Commerce platforms.
- Completing various administration tasks within various E-Commerce platforms.
- Recording of KPI’s.
- Assisting in resolving customer issues
- Providing product and technical information
- Liaising with the operations team to ensure the fulfilment of customer sales orders.
- Provide customers with help on product returns, invoice queries and future requirements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel
- Customer service experience using ERP software.
- A confident individual with experience supporting customer service requirements via the telephone and online.
- Organised and methodical approach to managing multiple tasks.
- Confidence to use initiative to develop problem solving and work toward continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience of working in the E-Commerce sector desirable.
