£24500 PLUS BONUS

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will deliver a supporting role within the daily sales and customer service aspect of the business. Particular focus will be on the E-Commerce department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling customer enquiries and processing sales orders.
• Responding to online queries and feedback through various E-Commerce platforms.
• Completing various administration tasks within various E-Commerce platforms.
• Recording of KPI’s.
• Assisting in resolving customer issues
• Providing product and technical information
• Liaising with the operations team to ensure the fulfilment of customer sales orders.
• Provide customers with help on product returns, invoice queries and future requirements.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Working knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel
• Customer service experience using ERP software.
• A confident individual with experience supporting customer service requirements via the telephone and online.
• Organised and methodical approach to managing multiple tasks.
• Confidence to use initiative to develop problem solving and work toward continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience of working in the E-Commerce sector desirable.
