Sl Drinks is a provider of drinks, for people with dysphagia. We have developed range of drinks that flow slowly which makes them easier and safer to swallow for people with this condition. This means they drinkers can enjoy drinking without fear of coughing or choking. They are all easy to make and taste as good as ordinary drinks
We are now expanding and want some to join and help us - help more people. Initially on a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist from our office in Glossop. The role may involve some remote work, but the candidate should be able to travel to the office. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Sl Drinks clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing timely support.
Qualifications
- High degree of emotional intelligence
- Interpersonal Skills to meet customer requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to closely monitor, report, and explain Customer Support trends & problems
- Ability to work well alone and with others
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Fluency in English language (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
