Role Overview:
As an Customer Service Administrator, you will become an integral part of a small, friendly, and busy operations team. Your responsibilities will include being the primary contact for telephone inquiries, managing day-to-day Field Agents and client queries, and ensuring accurate data input and documentation handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all telephone traffic to the office.
- Manage day-to-day Field Agents and client queries efficiently.
- Load client instructions onto the system, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are attached.
- Conduct quality control on field agent reports, making necessary amendments, rejections, and timely submissions to clients.
- Ensure all reports meet the agreed-upon SLA's and comply with Data Protection legislation.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance.
- Collaborate with Team Managers and Senior Managers, providing necessary support.
- Manage complaints in accordance with established processes and requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration and support role.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a clerical role within a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent demands and adapt to changing requirements efficiently.
- Strong IT proficiency; confident using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise across all levels.
- Dynamic, quick learner, and self-motivated.
Working Hours:
- 08:30 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch (37.5 hours per week).
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £23,000.
- Additional benefits include free parking, pension, and a generous holiday allowance.
- Due to the location, a valid driver's license is required.
