My Cheltenham based organisation are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to support their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
You will work within a small team assisting with customer queries and all associated paperwork.
It's an exciting opportunity for someone with previous administration experience and a kind and empathetic nature.
They are looking for an immediate start for circa 6 months with the potential to go permanent.
Working Mon-Fri 8.30-4.40pm (flexible with times) -£12.41 per hour
Duties-
- Providing Customer Support and guidance
- Assisting customers with documents and paperwork
- Taking bookings and appointments
- Process applications for all products
- Raising invoices
- Maintaining company records
Pre requisites
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience using Microsoft office packages
- Motivated and can work well using own initiative
- Interviewing immediately to start circa 4th March
