SalaryOur client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Preparing quotes
- Processing orders
- Updating customers regarding deliveries
- Liaising with the warehouse and 3rd party suppliers
- Answering queries quickly and efficiently
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role
- Strong customer service skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- Calm and professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills
