We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Customer Support Agent to join our closeknit, team. You'll be a calm, capable pair of hands and will be naturally empathetic. You'll be at ease talking to customers on the telephone, via email and on live chat and will be confident in your ability to use platforms such as Office 365, TalkDesk, Teams, Outlook and CRM to manage a fast-paced day of customer service that is always varied, often fun and occasionally challenging.
You'll be joining our friendly, supportive Customer Support Team of 9 and will be asked to focus on providing aftersales support for QETTLE boiling water taps. A typical day will include answering telephone calls, responding to and escalating emails, ensuring customer records are scrupulously updated and processing orders and payments. From pre-purchase to post-installation, we strive to deliver a customer experience that is second to none, and your standard of written and spoken English will be exemplary.

We also operate GRL Direct, which provides dedicated after sales support to owners of Franke boiling and filtered water taps, The FreshWater Filter Company and TapSpares UK, an online provider of spare parts for quality kitchen taps.
You will be required to work on site for the duration of your training (3 months). Thereafter, there may be some flexibility to work from home. Please do not apply for this role if you cannot commit to be based on site for both the initial period and thereafter for 1-2 days a week.
