Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering telephone calls
- Responding to emails and live chats in a professional manner
- Ensuring customer records are scrupulously updated
- Processing orders and payments from pre-purchase to post-installation

- Confident ability to use platforms such as Office 365, Teams, Outlook and CRM
- Strong interpersonal skills
