We have a fantastic opportunity to be part of a creative and market-leading client of ours as a Customer Support Agent in their Cawston office. This is a very exciting role within a company that has changed the market they work through unrivalled success!

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Responding to emails and live chats in a professional manner
  • Ensuring customer records are scrupulously updated
  • Processing orders and payments from pre-purchase to post-installation

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Confident ability to use platforms such as Office 365, Teams, Outlook and CRM
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manner and email skills
  • Calm personality but also confident
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Naturally Empathetic
