We’re looking for an experienced and well-rounded Sales Management Support Agent to support our regional high performing and established team of seasoned sales professionals within the business. You will assist in the co-ordination of Sales Representatives to efficiently distribute sales leads, arrange appointments and following up on the outcomes of the appointments to help maximise sales.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting, negotiating, and developing strong relationships with customers. They will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Efficiently issue and distribute sales leads to sales representatives as directed
• Follow up with Sales Representatives on the outcome of sales appointments and update the lead management system
• Facilitate negotiations with the customer and the relevant internal parties to resolve cancellation requests to retain the sale during the cooling off period.
• To meet and exceed Customer Service Standards by projecting a professional business approach and high levels of customer service when dealing directly with customers.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven skills in a target orientated environment
• Ability to co-ordinate teams of people to drive results
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Good level of numeracy and literacy
