A minimum of five GCSEs Grade C or above, to include English and Maths, or equivalent.The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Competent in MS Office applications including MS Excel, Word and Outlook. A minimum of one years experience in a Customer Service/Contact Centre role, including data entry.The ability to work under pressure to meet challenging qualitative and quantitative performance targets.As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Standard AccessNI Disclosure.
