Our client, a key player in health and safety training, is looking for an experienced problem solving Training Support Agent to join their head office team in West London.
They are looking for someone capable of providing outstanding support to customers, ensuring needs are met with understanding and compassion. The ideal candidate must be able to handle customer inquiries via telephone with a professional and friendly manner, and must possess excellent written communication skills for email and other correspondence.
This Customer Support Agent must be able to perform administrative tasks efficiently, collaborate well with team members, whilst also working independently to resolve issues promptly.. They should be able to maintain composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Four years customer service and Zendesk experience is preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining, and offering solutions
- Manage and respond to Zendesk tickets efficiently and accurately in a friendly manner
- Provide personalised customer service including handling and managing difficult situations
- Answering calls whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Taking payments
- Support with the training administration process
Salary: £27 - £29k
